AGE RESTRICTIONS

Age restrictions are required on some of our products depending on the country, province, territory and/or state where the order is being placed.

The Restrictions in Ontario are as follows:

18+ for rolling papers.

19+ for vaporizers and vaporizer accessories.

19+ for cannabis smoking accessories.

 

LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customers' responsibility to confirm the legality of receiving products purchased through The Peace Pipe Inc. in the country, province, territory and/or state where the order will be shipped.  The Peace Pipe cannot be held responsible for persons who act in conflict with their national, provincial and/or state laws. 

 

BACK-STOCK OR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

Items may sometimes become back ordered or out of stock without notice.  This may affect the estimated arrival date.

 

PHOTOS & PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Peace Pipe Inc. tries to make the photographs and descriptions of products as accurate as possible.  Customers must note, manufacturers hold the right to change products, such as packaging or their contents without notice and therefore in some cases a product might not look exactly as pictured on the website.  This is particularly true for any custom or hand-blown items as it is nearly impossible to blow glass exactly the same each time.  The Peace Pipe will do its best to update these changes in a timely manner.

SALES TAX

Federal and provincial tax is applied to all purchases within Canada.  The provincial tax rate is determined by where the goods are being delivered.  

Ontario Federal and Provincial tax will be applied to all orders being shipped internationally.
