SHIPPING
The Peace Pipe does not take shipping orders over the phone. All orders must be placed online.
The Peace Pipe does not deliver to P.O boxes
Butane Shipments can only be shipped using specific providers which may change the shipping rates available.
RETURN POLICY
The Peace Pipe has a limited return policy and does not accept returns on any glass pieces.
All returns must be approved and a Return Authorization Form must be filled out and shipped back with the product. The Peace Pipe is not responsible for items returned without authorization.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless approved by an appropriate member of the sales team.
It is recommended that customers insure their purchases as The Peace Pipe is not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
DAMAGES
If an item is received damaged the customer is to keep all packing material/boxes and contact The Peace Pipe within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the damaged item and the original packaging is required and must be sent to shipping@peacepipe420.com along with the Name, tracking number, invoice number, the broken or damaged product code and the required photos.
All of the above information is required to process a claim.
The Peace Pipe does not accept returns on used products.
The Peace Pipe does not offer a warranty program. All warranties for products such as vaporizers are Manufacturers warranty’s and must be dealt with through the companies the manufacturers delegate this to.
All returns or claims are processed on an individual basis.
The Peace Pipe Reserves the right to refuse the refund or exchange.
